Mine Training Solutions brings training to you—on-site at your worksite, online for self-paced learning in the mining environment. Our flexible approach ensures training is practical, accessible, and directly applicable to real-world mining operations.

We understand that fitting training around shift work and daily operations can be challenging. Delivering training on location allows participants to immediately apply new knowledge and techniques to real-world tasks. This hands-on, on-site approach reinforces skills, promotes effective teamwork, and ensures training is directly relevant to operational requirements. Whether it’s risk management, safety training, or other professional development, completing training in the familiar setting of your mine site helps embed best practices into everyday processes—applying your company’s Safety and Health Management System—while saving time, improving engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.

Our programs are specifically tailored to meet the needs of experienced mining professionals. Participants are typically already familiar with industry practices, having completed training and assessment within their company-specific safety and health management systems, and, in most cases, previously undertaken other VET-accredited courses. Delivering training on-site allows participants to immediately apply new knowledge in a familiar operational environment, utilising their company-specific Safety and Health Management System.

This targeted, location-flexible approach enhances safety standards, promotes industry excellence, and supports ongoing professional development. Participants’ familiarity with their company’s safety and health management systems, policies, and procedures enables them to apply theoretical knowledge in real work scenarios. Combined with oversight and validation from qualified third parties—including senior and statutory position holders—this hands-on training prepares learners for further development and increased responsibilities within the industry.
