VET Student Fees & Payment Terms

Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) are required to ensure all VET students receive clear, accurate information regarding the organisation, the relevant training product, and any changes that may affect their training. Mine Training Solutions is committed to transparency and compliance with these requirements.

Before enrolment — or before any fees are paid — Mine Training Solutions will provide each student with documentation that outlines:

• A detailed Training Plan, describing the training and assessment that will be delivered.
• An itemised fee schedule, including all costs and charges associated with the training, aligned directly to the Training Plan so students understand the full pathway and financial requirements.
• Payment options, including our pay-by-the-unit, pay-as-you-go structure.

Mine Training Solutions will not collect more than $1,500 at the time of enrolment for any single course by a paying student (Corporate clients are subject to different arrangements). If a student enrols in multiple courses, fees will be scheduled and spread over time.

All fees must be paid in full prior to the issuance of any Certificates or Statements of Attainment.

Enrolment and Administration Fees

Enrolment and administration fees are invoiced on the day the student commences enrolment. These fees apply to both singular units and full qualification enrolments.

• Qualification Enrolment & Administration Fee: $275.00
